Some Field Service Reps Cannot Follow Directions

Some field service representatives cannot follow simple directions. As a recruiter, you do NOT want to hire such field service representatives?

Monitor the field services Yahoo Groups and you will see many examples of where field service representatives respond to posts and they just CANNOT follow the posted directions on how to reply. A Yahoo Group poster will ask for a response DIRECT to a specific email. The responder will instead respond to the whole group … they could not read and follow the directions. Instead of responding to just one person, they respond to a whole group consisting of maybe thousands of people. Stupid is as stupid does! You do not want these field service inspectors on your inspection team? They can’t follow directions … they make mistakes … they won’t learn from their experiences … and they will cost you money and maybe clients.

RECRUITERS:  Don’t hire field service representatives that cannot follow simple directions. Don’t be as stupid like them.
