Mortgage Inspectors Are LOW FLYERS!

ac“If you like airplanes, Maho is like the cherry on top” of a beautiful beach vacation, says Justin Schlechter, a 747 pilot who’s visited Maho several times.

If you like flying low, then you will enjoy mortgage inspections where the fees are about as low as they can get. Mortgage inspectors typically earn $3 … $4 … $5 for a drive-by inspection that often requires seven digital photos.

Image yourself performing 100 of the $3 variety mortgage inspections that require 7 photos each. After a lot of stop and go driving around town (rural and bad neighborhoods included), you will have to sort, tag, manage and upload about 700 digital photos and then complete 100 inspection reports online. How much time do your think that will that require? Most inspectors under estimate inspection processing time by about 500%. Your vehicle will stop and start over 100 times. Yes, you will be entering backyards to take the rear photos of the property. You will probably under estimate your vehicle operating expenses by about 500%.

You will wear out your vehicle in a very short time. But, you will earn your plastic wings of gold as a low-flyer in the mortgage segment of the industry.

If you like to fly low (low fee inspections, that is), then consider mortgage inspections. With regard to inspection fees, mortgage inspections is the home of low-fee inspections. It’s better to focus on the higher quality firms in the commercial segment that pay the higher fees.
