Toss that old computer before it kills your business.
I talk to inspectors who are still using Window 95 and 98. Nothing seems to work well on their computers. They cannot open a PDF file. They are not downloading the current versions of software such as Adobe Reader. It’s FREE at www.adobe.com.
These same inspectors do not backup their files and they use no anti-virus protection.
If you want to do business in a modern world of business, you need to have some equipment that will perform. Computers are much better and less expensive than they were five years ago. What is your excuse?
If your computer equipment is old and your computer skills are below average, firms will quickly discover that you are using more of their time. Your work will soon disappear as you become a burden to the firm. Make sure that you have up-to-date computer equipment and great computer skills.
