SOFI Is Wireless … We Love It!

SOFI is totally wireless. Our office telephones and cell phones are on the AT&T wireless network. It’s a brand new world!

We have no copper-wire landlines. We replaced the copper-wire landline phones with wireless phones because Verizon was not properly maintaining the land-line systems and outages would sometimes take a week to repair. We find the wireless telephone systems to be more reliable and more flexible. We have had no system outages in the past year and dropped calls are almost non-existent. The cost for wireless telephone is less than copper-wired landlines. We can easily forward office phones to our cell phones. We can set up our office phones in a hotel room when we travel.

Fire Island, NY was battered by hurricane Sandy. The only phone company in town is Verizon. Verizon will replace all wired home phone systems in Fire Island with wireless home phones.
