A field services firm located in the southern part of the United States has a company name that includes “World Wide”. They only service a few counties in one state. The name does not fit the service that they offer. Short company names are better as a short name makes for a shorter web URL and a shorter email. Spend a few days living with a company name before you lock it in. Ask others for their opinion on your company name. Make sure that another firm does not have the same name.
