Change Ahead!

Edison did not invent the first electric light bulb, but instead invented the first commercially practical incandescent light. The first successful test was on October 22, 1879. The newspaper stories scared the hell out of the candle makers. The world was changing fast. Mortgage delinquencies and foreclosures are TRENDING DOWN. There are too many mortgage inspectors chasing fewer inspections. That should scare the hell out of mortgage inspectors. Interest rates are increasing. That should scare the hell out of notary signing agents as refinances are TRENDING DOWN. Too many notary signing agents will be chasing fewer load refinances.  It’s time to discover some new worlds. The candle makers had to move to colored and scented candles while the rest of the world loved electric light bulbs. How flexible are you? Can you change?
