Don’t Work For A Firm That Treats You As STUPID!

Don’t work for any firm that treats you as stupid. I can remember when about five years ago we posted some field service jobs at a SOFI website. In order to post an advertisement for a job, the minimum inspection fee was $20.00. One of the national mortgage field service firm would post a job offer with a $20.00 fee and then offer only $5 when someone called inquiring about the job. Everyone is aware of such “bait and switch” tactics. This national mortgage field services firm treated inspectors as STUPID. SOFI killed the jobs board as too many other firms (mostly mortgage field service firms) were playing the “bait and switch” game. The firms that played the game are no longer members of SOFI and we do not promote them or support them. Don’t work for any firm that treats you as stupid. Don’t work for any firm that wants you to travel 50 miles round trip for a $10 inspection as they think you are STUPID.
