Inspector Can’t Follow Simple Directions

I see where some field service inspectors cannot follow simple instructions on how to respond to a Yahoo Group job posting. When I see that an inspector is not following simple and clear directions on how to respond and is mailing the whole group, we are deleting that inspector from the National Field Service Directory. Following direction is required in the field services industry. If you cannot follow very clear and simple directions, then you have a real serious problem and you will not be a good inspector.
