National Firm Looking For An Inspector In Nashville, Tennessee

250px-Red_flag_II_svgI see Yahoo Group postings where a national field services firm is looking for an inspector in Nashville, Tennessee and some other major U.S. cities. I often see this as a red flag. The best of the best national field service firms have a strong network of field service inspectors. I looked in the SOFI National Field Service Directory and found 88 part-time and full-time field inspectors that service Nashville (population 609,644). Field inspectors are regularly emailing out their resumes and looking to be hired. I see a red flag when any national firm is using a Yahoo Group or Craig’s List to advertise. Why don’t they have a strong network of field inspectors? Why does the same posting for a Nashville inspector run week after week after week. Is the firm sadly disorganized? They must get some applicants. Are the applicants rejecting the hiring firm … is that why the posting is often seen several times a week, week after week after week. Why are they rejecting the firm? Learn to identify RED FLAGS and live a happier life.
