Meet Emily and her friends who live across the road from me in central Virginia. I live is a rural area of Virginia. All of the area around me is rural. This is not Philadelphia. This is rural Virginia. The Census Bureau reports that cities occupy only 10 percent of the country. Rural areas occupy the remaining 90 percent. You cannot perform an inspection in Mineral, Virginia for the same fee as an inspection in Philadelphia. Even inspections in cities do not all pay the same. An inspection fee must be higher in Manhattan, New York (bridge tolls & parking costs) than in Richmond, Virginia. Be sure to explain the characteristics of the area you service to your customer and price your inspections accordingly. Don’t work for firms that have only one inspection fee. Work only for field service firms that can understand that not all service areas are the same.
You Must Ask For Higher Fees For Rural Inspections
