You will need some books from Amazon, but this is not one of them. You will need some books on automobile maintenance as you will be putting a lot of miles on your vehicle. Most of these $3 mortgage inspections require 7 photos each. Your profit after expenses and taxes is about $1.25 –  $1.50. There is data processing and a lot of photos to manage, label and upload every evening. Always do the math before you say yes.

Commercial inspections are the sweet spot in the field services industry. Aim high! Focus on the firms that pay the higher fees.
