I have performed many door-knock delinquency interviews and car chases in northern Virginia without ever having a problem. But, you never know what can happen on any given day. Commercial inspections pay much more than mortgage “door-knock” inspections or car chases and I have never in 21 years heard of anyone having a problem on a commercial inspection.
