An inspector writes: [Mortgage Inspection Firm Name Deleted] “wants” to hire me, boy they do pay peanuts and want the “hires” to bend back over their assignments, and do as many as 70 stops in a day.
The $3 mortgage drive-by inspections are barely break even when considering revenue and expenses. The firms want lots of FREE stuff like fixing a bad address. The mortgage segment is a dead spot.
