“Some of the Yahoo Group moderators are worst than drug dealers. They promote the $3 mortgage inspections. If there were no Yahoo Groups or Craig’s List, there would be no $3 inspections. These moderators are just feeding a habit for low-fee mortgage inspections. They are not helping field inspectors”
That was the contents of an email that I received this week. I agree that the moderators of the Yahoo Groups that allow the posting of $3 mortgage inspection jobs are NOT your friend. Why don’t you post some messages at these Yahoo groups telling the moderators to stop promoting these low-fee mortgage inspections. They are not helping you and they are not helping the industry. They certainly don’t do a great job of monitoring their groups. Why can’t the Yahoo Group moderators set a higher standard for the field services industry. The group moderators are pushing $3 mortgage inspections. All of the posts are for $3 mortgage inspections. When do you see a post for a higher fee inspection? You don’t!
Most of these promoted inspections are also being offered by other inspectors who are not paying for completed work. It’s crazy and I put a lot of the blame on the group moderators. They are hurting field inspectors every day. Many are just like drug dealers! Email your moderator and tell them to knock it off … they are hurting field service inspectors. The mortgage segment is the source of 99% of all of the problems in the field services industry. I don’t do drugs! I don’t do $3 mortgage inspections.
Post your comments here at the SOFI blog. Copy and post this blog post at your Yahoo Groups. Make a statement. I don’t do drugs! I don’t do $3 mortgage inspections.
Good deal Richard! I agree with you. This posting did get a lot of negative response, so maybe they will pull it!
