“Quick question…how to handle assignments [mortgage related tasks] in very high crime rate areas? There are some really rough areas of Chicago that I am simply not comfortable venturing into. I have turned down many jobs in areas like this, and have at times taken a buddy system approach. While I don’t want to turn down work, what price is fair when going into a neighborhood that is unsafe? If any? Suggestions?”
