This is a discussion of rudeness at a the staff meeting that will never happen.

This large national insurance field services firm has developed a reputation as being RUDE! This is clearly a case where the executives and managers have no idea of what is happening within their organization.

No one ever listens to the recorded telephone calls which are “recorded for training”. The executives and managers don’t know what is being said by their staff to clients and field service representatives. The executives and managers never search the Internet to see what is being said about them.

Should field service representatives tell them that they are rude? Probably not. It is best just to stop working for the rude #*@&#(*. The worst field service firms in the industry don’t really know how bad they really are.

How do you handle rude people? Just tell them plain out that you will not accept rudeness. Say goodbye! The betting odds are that the executives or managers will NOT make any changes because they do not know what is happening in their organization. They are not leaders.
