The End Is Here … Foreclosure Filings Are At An 8-YEAR LOW! … WOW!

the end

Our long national foreclosure nightmare may finally be over.

The number of new foreclosure filings in August hit its lowest level in nearly eight years, according to RealtyTrac, an online marketer of foreclosed properties.

The volume of all of those $3 mortgage drive-by inspections is drying up. Expect lower mortgage fees as more mortgage inspectors are chasing fewer mortgage inspections.

Expect to see more pay problems and games as the work continues to dry up. The smart field inspectors are in insurance and commercial inspections.

The mortgage segment continues to be the home of 99% of all of the problems in the field services industry.

Bank of America got it right when they sold off their field service operations … the timing was perfect. Their stock has more than doubled in the last year.

Federal Racketeering and an Illinois Attorney General Lawsuit has been filed against the largest national mortgage field services firm in the mortgage segment.

The end is here … mortgage inspections are dead.

At SOFI, we suggest that you AVOID the mortgage segment.

Don’t  “get your panties in a wad” or “get your shorts in a knot” or your “tights in a twist.” There are lots of great opportunities in the insurance and mortgage segments of the industry. Here you will find higher quality firms that pay higher fees.
