All of the large national mortgage field service firms are working on the PowerPoint slides that they use for marketing to the big banks.
I am sure that they make comments about their competition in trying to knock out the biggest fish.
I would love to be able to take a peek at these PowerPoint slides.
I am sure that there are a half-dozen slides that summarize the legal actions against the biggest player in the mortgage segment.
Of course, some of these national mortgage firms have to play down their own serious legal problems.
And then, do the big banks really give a #4@@&#*(@ about the legal problems of the servicers they hire? Maybe not!
Robo-signers … racketeers … thieves … fraudsters … are there really any other choices? Are there any good national mortgage firms? Why are there so many bad actors in the mortgage segment?
