Avoid long periods of sitting. Sitting too long can increase the pressure on the veins in the anus. Yes, the $3 mortgage inspections can cause hemorrhoids. And, hemorrhoids can hurt like hell.

“I focus primarily on Commercial Insurance Inspections and Premium Audits. $30-40/hr. I use $25-$50 delinquency interviews and $50+ leased equipment inspections as fillers. I do not do occupancy inspections at all if I can help it. They just do not pay well enough. Work smart. Easy is not always the best route. Learn as much as you can. Chances are, if you do not even have to exit your vehicle, there isn’t much room for growth.”
