I am amazed at how some of the mortgage field service firms seem to move around like butterfly’s. They are around one minute and then gone the next. They are never in one place for a long time. They have a physical address in one minute and then they have moved in the next minute. They always seem to be in flight. I don’t know why they have to stay in motion, but they just do. They are like butterfly’s as they are erratic and never stay in one place for very long.
Ah … the mystery of the flight of the butterfly.

Looking at that list I wonder if there are ANY people in the property preservation business who are honest. Two of those vendors are near me and in my service area. It seems there should be a wide open market for someone who has integrity to succeed here.
