Safeguard Properties (rated D- by the Better Business Bureau) purchased Bank Of America Field Services just as the economy started to improve and mortgage delinquencies and mortgage foreclosures started trending down. Some might argue that it was not a great investment, unless of course the housing crisis repeats itself. The Government has created more regulations … so, expect it to happen again.
I wonder if Robert Klein at Safeguard purchased any Bank of America (BAC) stock. Warren Buffet has made a killing in the stock. Bank of America is the only stock I own in my IRA and I also trade the stock in my cash margin account. I am not an investment professional and I offer no advice on stocks as I am not licensed.
