Most of the low-fee mortgage field service firms post ads at Craig’s List or at a few select Yahoo Groups. It’s FREE and maybe that is the only benefit. The higher quality field service representatives probably don’t make visits to Craig’s List or Yahoo Groups. They are out in the field working and they understand direct marketing. The large majority of the higher quality firms that pay the higher fees rely on SOFI to help them find field service representatives. At SOFI, we don’t expect to cater to all field service firms that hire. We find that the firms that are willing to pay for a valuable service, are usually better firms.
