In Chinese philosophy, the concept of yin-yang, which is often called “yin and yang”, is used to describe how seemingly opposite or contrary forces are interconnected and interdependent in the natural world; and, how they give rise to each other as they interrelate to one another. Everything has both yin and yang aspects, (for instance shadow cannot exist without light). Either of the two major aspects may manifest more strongly in a particular object, depending on the criterion of the observation.
The mortgage segment of the field services industry displays Yin and Yang … you have to learn to recognize Yin and Yang.
You are told by experts at the Weather Channel that the roads are icy … stay home … do not drive on the local roads today as you could be injured of killed.

Your mortgage vendor manager says that you need to travel on those icy roads as you will NOT be paid for any late mortgage inspections. It’s February and you are experiencing an ice storm in Chicago while your mortgage vendor manager is in sunny and warm Tampa.
Yin and Yang … yes, it exists in the world. Be strong … don’t injure or kill yourself, or others, for a $3 mortgage inspection. Your mortgage vendor manager is NOT looking out for your well-being. If they were they would tell you to stay off of icy roads and provide an extension of inspection due dates.
Flip the switch in your brain to the LISTEN MODE. Who is looking out for your well-being? The Weather Channel or your mortgage vendor manager? No $3 mortgage inspection is worth injury or death. Don’t be stupid!
