Starting in June of 2014, SOFI will no longer accept Faxes. We pay for a Fax service (maxemail) that is very under-utilized in today’s world. It is so easy to scan a document to a PDF file and they email it. Sometimes it is easy to take a photo of a license of other small document and email the photo. The world is changing. I can drop a 10-page document in my scanner and in about 30 seconds it is prepared, attached to an email and ready for me to insert an email address.
Wax toilet seals have always been a problem and perhaps they are going out of style as they can be difficult to set, especially for the amateur plumber who wants to set a toilet and does not like to play with a wax seal. Reviewers at Amazon rated the Sani Seal, shown above, with 4.5 stars.
