You either hate or love Bank of America. I love Bank of America. I don’t bank with them, but I am invested in their stock … as is Warren Buffett. I also love Apple stock … I own Apple products and love them.

Why did they think that foreclosures would never slow down? Why did field service representatives think that mortgage delinquencies and foreclosure would never slow down?
The mortgage segment is practically dead, but the field services industry is still very much alive with lot of opportunity … high quality firms specializing in commercial inspections that pay the higher fees. Trash the mortgage inspections and move on to a better life. Make some better money and invest a little in maybe Apple or Bank of America stock, or not. Sure you are scared … candle makers were scared when Edison invented the light bulb. Change is scary. Many candle makers moved on and they did okay. Recognize change and react properly and you will be okay. Find some new cheese (cheese being jobs).
