- Avoid working for another mortgage inspector named “Barbara” in Texas. Barbara is so disorganized and at least three inspectors say she is a “slow-pay”. I hate to have to always have to beg and make threats to get paid. She also now uses the name “Barb” to avoid being identified as a deadbeat.
