Shorter Days Are Here… Expect Fewer Daylight Hours … September 23rd Is The First Day Of Fall

The leaves have started to fall in Virginia as the trees are in stress from a very dry summer. Evening temperatures are in the mid-50’s. Fall is on its way. Shorter days are happening. Every day will have less daylight.

Because of short days, the fall and winter is when you want to shrink your service area a bit and also improve your portfolio of customers. Smaller service area and more higher quality customers that pay higher fees lead to more efficiency and more money. Working for the higher quality firms that pay the higher fees will put a smile on your face. Don’t waste your time with the low-fee mortgage inspections that only wear out your car. Higher efficiency and finding the higher-pay firms is very important when you are self-employed.
