This was just another bank job were a property preservation mechanic emptied an occupied foreclosure home. It was all legal. There were no arrests. The police said that it was a civil matter … no crime was committed. All homeowner possessions went to the landfill … they are gone forever. The large national mortgage field services firm is not responding to homeowner calls about this bank job. This happens every day … no big deal! The insurance company will pay the claim and then raise policy rates. No big deal!
