Low-fee mortgage field service inspections are getting more complicated. You are not trusted. Your word is not good. You cannot just say you went to 13 Elm Street and send along some photos. Some firms want at least 7 photos including 1 of the closest intersecting street sign. One firm wants you to stand at the front door, determine the exact latitude and longitude and then snap a photo of the display on your smartphone or GPS. Your cannot be trusted.
