Mortgage foreclosures are down. They will continue to trend down as we look to be heading toward better times. I have over ten years of experience performing property preservation and most of that work was performed in the good old days, BEFORE our current economic problems began. Even in a strong economy, there were plenty of property preservation jobs. I always received as much work as I needed from some good quality firms. Performance is key. If you have a great marketing plan and you are responsive and reliable, you will have plenty of work in both good times and bad economic times. The great performers will have work even when property preservation work slows. The poor performers will fade out during good economic times.
