Virginia Inspections Are Tough

Telephone call from the field inspector to the manager of a mortgage field services firm.

“Big Stone Gap, Virginia inspections are tough. I cut the chain across the driveway and I released a rabbit for the two big dogs to chase. I drove over the no trespassing sign, but I am not sure that I am going to make it up this steep rock driveway. The nearest street intersection with a sign is about 20 miles from the subject property. Do you still require a picture of that sign? This seems to be a lot of work for a $3 mortgage inspection and that was my last rabbit.”
