Some of the national and regional mortgage field service firms are hiring subcontractors who are no-pay felons and who move around frequently and leave no forwarding contact information. You will sometimes have to travel to the no-pay felon’s office and perform some dumpster diving to find out their new address. This is a tough way to make a buck. It’s better just to avoid the mortgage segment of the industry. Stay out of the dumpsters!
