About 99% of all of the problems, including complaints, are centered in the Mortgage Segment of the field services industry. Are the large national and regional mortgage field service firms concerned about all of the complaints? I don’t think so as complaints are on a continuous up trend.
Both homeowners and field service representative have become victims of the large national and regional mortgage field service order mills. The Mortgage Segment is all about GREED … it is all about money. Most complaints are not resolved as many victims do not seek legal action … the only way to resolve the complaints. A few complaints make it to the top of the complaint pile. when a legal action is filed in the courts.
Field inspectors are paid $3 for a mortgage inspection while the lawyers are paid $300 an hour to clean up the complaints that are bulldozed into a pile at the underground warehouses of the large national mortgage field service firms
