This chart says that field service representatives should ask for more money. Some ask for more and get more. Many are afraid to ask. Some don’t deserve more. Only you can decide what action to take.
You must make a reasonable profit. You cannot work for free. Only 1% of all national income growth went to wages.
Avoid the mortgage segment. The large national and regional MORTGAGE field service firms are the McDonald’s and Wal-Mart’s of the field services industry.
Ask for higher fees in the commercial and insurance segments.
