Today, there are 9,591,000 people in the United States who are unemployed. I’m sure that some of these people would like to perform some great part-time inspections and maybe move it to a full-time job. It’s obvious that the mortgage inspections pay low fees and only wear out you car. But, why are people not performing inspections for the higher quality firms that pay the higher fees?

A business verification pays about $35 for a 15-minute onsite inspection (1-page form and 4 photos). Happiness is performing commercial field inspections and driving a hybrid car.
