He prefers the commercial inspections where there are higher quality firms that pay the higher fees.
Today, there are over 101 million Americans who are unemployed or out of the labor force. This 74-year old senior is proud to be active in the workforce. He knows that as a senior, you have to keep moving to stay alive. It’s also important to enjoy what you are doing. College graduates with an MBA cannot find a job while this 74-year “old timer” is having fun with a great part-time job … that he enjoys.
