I read some inspection hiring firm recruiting messages posted at two Yahoo Groups by the same recruiter located in the Central time zone. The message was posted at 9:24 PM on Friday night in one Yahoo group. The same message was posted in another Yahoo group at 4:30 AM Central time early Saturday morning. These times are important … they say that a recruiter may be working through the night to find inspectors for these $25 inspections. It says that this recruiter is working late Friday night into early Saturday morning to find field inspectors. It also says to the inspector that you can ask for higher fees when you see late night and early morning recruiter postings. Repeat postings for the same areas are another sign that it is getting more difficult to hire field inspectors. Repeated postings for large areas like Chicago, Dallas or Orlando probably says the fees offered are too low.
