Red Flags Seen At A Yahoo Group

I am see something at a Yahoo Group that is a RED FLAG for me. A small field services firm is searching for field service inspectors in some cities where there are plenty of great field service inspectors. There are many great inspectors in the cities where they are looking for inspectors. Is there something wrong with the firm as they are always searching for inspectors where there are plenty? Why the turn-off? What do you think? Is this a red flag for you? Or, am I just paranoid?
