I can’t think of one positive thing to say about working for [mortgage Order Mill name deleted]! The shoddy way it’s run, low pay and bad benefits, negative and demeaning work atmosphere, unqualified and unkind management and extremely unqualified HR department all make this the worst place I’ve ever worked!!! Stay away!!!
Cons
Everything!!! This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for! Management, both males and females, subscribe to the “mean girls” school of management; if you make a mistake they demean and put you down for the remainder of your employment. Dealing with management at [mortgage Order Mill name deleted] is like being back in high school; all of them encourage, participate in and facilitate typical behaviors such as backstabbing, lying and bullying. If you try to go to HR for support, you see HR is there to only cover up the unprofessional behavior and not represent or support the lower level employees. Confidentiality is a joke at [mortgage Order Mill name deleted]. Clients are snowed into thinking it actually exists. Clients should really show up unannounced and see what really goes on daily.
Advice to Management
Get a clue as to how to: run a business professionally; at least pretend to give a crap about the people who make you money; hire qualified management who don’t subscribe to the mean girls club of management; compensate the employees whom without there would be no[mortgage Order Mill name deleted]; hire qualified HR people who actually know employment laws and policies.
