Field Inspectors Have About A 6-Hour Weekday Inspection Window

In most large metropolitan areas the morning rush hour ends at about 9 AM and the evening rush hour starts at about 3PM. That leaves about 6 hours for performing field work. It makes no sense to attempt to drive during rush hour. In the winter, there are fewer hours of daylight. Winter weather has a huge affect on traffic in the northern climates. Avoid rush hours and drive safe. Pay attention to local weather conditions. Be safe. Some of the northern states have already seen some snow this fall.
