“Barbara In Texas” Is A Real Monster Who You Want To Avoid

An inspector writes me today:

“I did one job for her and it took me for ever to get paid. She kept saying she mailed a check.  Finally she sent me money thru WalMart. Please tell Reps not to work for her. Thanks.”

I suggest that you NOT do any work for any “BARBARA” in Texas. She is a recruiter for a company in the southeast. She is really just an inspector passing on her work to other inspectors. She is a real monster who will hurt you. I hear complaints about her almost every week. She wins and you lose. Don’t let her hurt you.

I was going to say that “Barbara in Texas” is giving the mortgage segment as bad name, but the mortgage segment already has a bad name. It is the home of 99% of the fraud in the industry.
