Liar … Liar … Pants On Fire

Pinocchio

Fox News reported on Sunday morning that the Veterans Administration (VA) has been training its employees how to lie. Are you surprised to hear this? Probably not! It’s pathetic how the Veterans Administration abuses our Veterans. The system is broken! The VA is corrupt.

The Mortgage Segment is the segment of the field services industry where staff is taught to lie. When you hear the lies, you quickly grasp that they are also not very good liars. It’s often very obvious.

The mortgage segment is the home of $3 mortgage inspections and 99% of the fraud and games in the industry. When you try to explain the opportunities with $3 mortgage inspections, you have to be a great liar as there are no great opportunities. And it’s not just about the lying, it’s also about what they don’t tell you. They don’t tell you that the profit is maybe $1.50 and you will wear out your car. They don’t tell you that you will be assigned some high-crime areas. They don’t tell you about the huge chargebacks (penalties). They call them chargebacks because it sounds better than PENALTIES. The don’t tell you about the high turnover of staff and inspectors. Screen all of your potential customers using Glassdoor.

Talk  to mortgage field service inspectors will confirm that the Mortgage Order Mills (MOMs) are the biggest liars in the industry. The MOM vendor managers are trained to lie to inspectors. And, they don’t trust mortgage inspectors because such inspectors are considered to be unreliable and stupid … why else would they require about 8 photos for every $3 mortgage inspections? The mortgage inspectors must be closely monitored.

To summarize, the Mortgage Segment is the home of $3 mortgage inspections, 99% of the fraud in the industry and some of the biggest liars in the industry. You are lied to … you are not trusted … you are closely monitored … you are penalized with huge chargebacks … insurance (about $1,200) is required … you are paid the lowest fees in the industry. Welcome to the mortgage segment.

  1. I find this article to be accurate about mortgage field industry. I did some work for NCCI/RP Field Services (against Richard’s recommendation) and was not paid for services rendered. Perhaps there were reasons I was not aware of but I couldn’t even get a response as to why. Never again.
