College graduates usually make much more money than high school graduates. In field services, about 20% of the field inspectors make 80% of the money. The 20% of field service inspectors making more money are those who invest in growing their business. They are active in growing their business … they have a plan.
How are you doing? What have you done in 2016 to grow your business? When you do nothing … you get nothing. You don’t advertise … you have a crappy resume full of noise … you never read a training manual to move to a higher level … you don’t network … your customers are deadbeats and fraudsters from Craigslist … and yet you somehow expect to compete with those who take a very active role in growing their business.
