Vender Managers … Stop Wasting Your Time With The Deadbeats

Attention vender managers … there are so many great field service representatives that you want to be in your network. Establish a great network and you can take some 2-hour lunch breaks on a warm sunny day. You can leave work early on most days.

Stop wasting your time with the deadbeat field service inspectors. Learn the signs of a deadbeat field service inspector. Don’t waste time with field inspectors who are so disorganized that they cannot manage their voice mails. The first time you find a full mailbox, start looking for their replacement. If someone is calling to get work and their voice mailbox is full, then BLOCK their telephone number … you don’t want them calling back. Don’t let anyone waste your time. Hell is having a network with a bunch of deadbeats who are disorganized and have a full voice mailbox.

The deadbeats know who they are … don’t they.

  1. I just terminated my relationship with a national company. when i started with the company I made money. I had a nice territory with a large number of vacant units. Then I started to loose inspections and finally the area. I picked up other areas, however, they did not have numbers equal to the area I Lost. No explanation. I was operating in a larger area with less inspections but greater expenses and travel time

I will be going back into the real estate business. I have contacted a nationwide company that disposes of foreclosed properties.

  2. Losing work with one company is not the end of the world. There are a lot of great national and regional field service firms that offer the higher fees. Most full-time field inspectors work for a dozen or so firms … more stability and security.

  3. I don’t want deadbeats and I don’t want companies that want to get you in hock up to your chin in Liability Insurance.
