Did you know that Pascal County … near Tampa, is the nudist capital of the United States.

Florida, you say? Yup, Pasco County, Florida, has been named nudist capital of the United States. Pasco is 20 miles north of Tampa and boasts hundreds of acres of nudist resorts (like Caliente Resort and Spa) and campgrounds here cater to the European tourists seeking relaxation from standing in lines all day at the area’s many theme parks. Pasco County is also home to an upscale nudist community living in half-million dollar homes, clothing-free clubhouses and waterfall-lagoon type pools there are perfect for a good ol’ skinny dip. I know some Pasco County field service inspectors. They seem to be happy. I have not seen any nude photos on their resumes or their websites.

Perform a $3 mortgage inspection and pay about $1,265 in upfront fees. Perform a $60 commercial inspection and pay ZERO upfront fees.

Most inspectors are saying NO to paying for a background check. I have never paid for a background check. Are you the exception? If everyone said no there would be no background check fees paid by field inspectors. Why do you want to be the odd ball?
