Good video though. Even if your last check were to be withheld, make it small enough so it’s not a huge loss to get away if you can.
One place I’m in wants 30 business days notice. That’s 6 weeks. BS. Either way, I’m setting up my exit with them properly, but just to ensure I will get paid too…I bet they would withhold the last check or the like if you just walked away or quit fast.
