2017 Will Be A Great Year … I Feel It In My Bones

I feel it in my bones. The year 2017 will be a great year for parts of the field services industry. The mortgage segment is dead. The commercial segment is very much alive. Mystery shopping is very much alive. I expect that 2017 will be a great year for these segments and the economy in general. New thinking in 2017 will grow the US economy. US manufacturers are seeing a bumper start to 2017, with production surging higher in January on the back of rising inflows of new orders.

Mortgage inspectors are refusing to adjust and new inspectors are focused on the higher quality firms that pay the higher fees in the commercial segment. Some mystery shops … not all … are a good adjunct business. Commercial insurance loss control control is a high point to train and aim for to earn more money.

There will be fewer field inspectors in 2017, but they will be smarter and earn more money. The residential insurance field service firms will need to hike fees if they expect to attract inspectors as the fees are too low.

I feel it in my bones. The economy and jobs are going to take off in 2017. Some inspectors will adjust … others will not. Some will stay and some will leave.
