Richard, thanks for all the great resources. I’m new to field inspections but an article you wrote for one of the notary sites got my attention, led me to SOFI and from there to steady work providing me with a nice ancillary income. I’m more into it for the fun and keeping my people skills sharp, but the money is a nice bonus. Thanks for all you do!
