The mortgage segment is the home of 99% of all of the problems in the field services industry. The mortgage segment is the home of many inspectors that hire other inspectors to do their work … and then they do not pay them. Law enforcement does not take notice of wire fraud on a small-scale. You can screw another inspector out of money and law enforcement will take no notice. Company name changes in the mortgage segment of the industry are quite common. Screw too many inspectors and after a while, the word gets around. The solution is to change the company name and keep the fraud going. Change the phone numbers, emails and website … and keep the fraud going. The company name has been changed to protect the guilty and to keep the fraud going. No one will take notice of the fraud and nothing will change. You see this all the time in the mortgage segment of the industry … the home of the $3 … $4 … $5 mortgage inspections.

So much worse here in Fl. they try 2 dollars an inspection and then try to charge you so you can get paid which never happens most of the time. I know I just got caught in one of these scams.
