A firm mistreats you. They are an ugly firm and you make that well known to everyone to which you communicate. You hate them! Maybe you really deserve the bad treatment you receive. Maybe you do not stand your ground and you let the firm mistreat you. They treat you badly, but you still work for them, so maybe you have licensed them to treat you badly. Firms get ugly because you let them get ugly. You continue to work for them, thereby saying that its okay for them to treat you badly. You continue to salute them and say “Yes Sir” to very command. You made them ugly, didn’t you? The worst part is that only about 1% of all firms in the field services industry are ugly firms. There are a lot of great options, but you work for an ugly firm. And, you helped, along with other field service representatives, to make them that way. You worked with others and created a monster firm.
There are a lot of great firms in the field services industry. You have lots of options. Don’t work for the ugly firms. You know who they are … don’t you?
